Once your files are uploaded to VMMS, our designers will review your files and contact you directly to let you know if we need additional information or if we simply need you to approve your venue map proof.
Please be on the lookout for an automatic email notification from VMMS. This email notification will provide you with information on next steps and actions you may need to take!
I Emailed My Files
If you have sent your source documents via email, our team will upload those files to VMMS on your behalf.
Once your files are uploaded to VMMS, our designers will review your files and contact you directly to let you know if we need additional information or if we simply need you to approve your venue map proof.
In the meantime, please make sure you've logged into VMMS so that you can receive automatic emails when there are any status changes for your venue.
